Service contracts are an annual contract covering parts, labor and travel within the contract period. This includes on-site service by factory trained technicians, or technical phone support. Please see our PDF document outlining the value of these service plans.
This is an optional service plan that allows the system to be shipped to our office, it is an effective way to address issues that can not be resolved through technical phone support. We can offer an estimate to cost once the machine is received and out technical staff can evaluate.
Via an internet connection we can remotely monitor, access and repair products in use at your site. It’s a secure, gateway for service teams to troubleshoot problems, perform proactive maintenance, assist with user operations and updates. Quick response times for a minimal cost.
